HOW IT WORKS
Our story began a few years ago, when a friend of a friend was looking for an unconventional menu for their wedding. They wanted something memorable and unique to them. We thought: What if you could design a menu for each event from starch, based on the client's preferences, and fueled by our chef's knowledge and creativity?
So Canoe Catering was born.
We take the boutique approach, giving your event menu the individualized attention it deserves. After all, food is one of the most talked about topics at a party.
How it works
The process begins with a conversation. Chef will meet with you or connect by phone to discuss your vision for the menu at the event. Once the various aspects of the food program have been decided upon, our Chef will design a preliminary menu and further refine it with your input. The day of the event - you bring the people, we bring the food. Let the good times roll.
